We made our reservations on line and had no idea that the park was pretty much closed down. It had an scary feel to it. We were told by a local that they just park there and don’t pay and we definitely paid for our spots we rented 2 one for my husband and I and one for our son and his family. Ther was no security and it felt ominous to us all. We stayed one night and pulled out in the morning and left even though we had paid for 2 nights. We could find no phone number to call anyone about the park and could not find anyone to ask questions we had. We will never stay here again.

The people were very helpful and changed our camp site to better accommodate us. They were very friendly and helpful in all ways. The campgrounds were clean, but could have been mowed. But it wasn't really a problem.

The 5 cars, 4 tents and 9 people in the single spot next to me kind of killed the vibe.

Thursday night a storm came thru and knocked out power for a few hours. We didn't get to take a shower because of storm and power outage.
Friday night went to take hot shower at main entrance. Cleaning staff had locked all 4 doors on the showers/restrooms at the main gate and no one had a key. We had to go to the west camping area and take cold showers there.

We had a great time. The lady at the gate is amazing. She is always so friendly and helpful. We look forward to her being there.
