Make sure your directions are correct- Our GPS lead us to Ft Gibson the town, not close. Once we were there it was a nice park- all back-ins but with some at odd angles. Bath house and showers were adequate. Nice neighbors- it was when a man was peeking at 3:00 am, woke someone; then ran off into the woods- later he was spotted around our truck - again chased off. The rangers, as well as the camp host drove making circuits of the park the next night, but we were already spooked. It had happened before and it’s a shame since the park itself is pleasant. Great place for fishing

Clean, well mowed campsites. Longer tow rigs need to not drive bathroom circle, back bumper scrapes.

Clean camp ground, but site 16 doesn't have a flat spot for a tent.

We enjoyed camping by the pavilion on the West side of the campground, but it got a little busy on the weekends. Loved all the parking for the vehicles and boat trailers. It was a nice family trip.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Rocky Point the spot we had was ideal nice amount of shade. Also it was a drive through which was very handy with a large RV. We will return to Rocky Point we also love Taylor’s Ferry South.
