Thank you for staying open during the early spring season. It’s the best time to camp and I wish other corps parks would open in March. Had a great time. We have been camping at tailors ferry for over 30 years.

Spots were very nice however you now have to register and insure any golf cart to be allowed to use.

A nice affordable place to rest and reset from traveling. I would say privacy was the major problem for small campers/vans from “suspicious lookers” visitors/other campers. Literally had to pick a site that was off main roads for slight privacy. There’s usually a water source near every site (electric or primitive) which is a great thing (have a filter though). Great views of lake and great cell phone service for mobile\office work during the day.
