Memorial Day weekend, the grass was shin high! We couldn't enjoy yard games. I don't know how long before we got there, that it had been mowed but we were there for 10 days and it was never mowed. The lake was dried up, which, obviously is no one's fault, but the high grass, combined with the dried up lake, and did I mention the camp sites are on top of each other? Our picnic table and our neighbor's table was only about 10 ft apart. It felt like we were on the same site together. Well, all of this did not make for a good view, or a good time. I don't recommend this place for a fun time or a long stay.

I was camped at site 41. The water hydrant was not operative, therefore I used the fresh water tank of my trailer.

Enjoyed it while we were there. Had things pop up that had nothing to do with camping that was not so enjoyable.

This is a nice park in scenic eastern Oklahoma. Utilities worked great. Beware however; your gps may want to steer you wrong. The entrance is .3 mi from hiway 51. Google Maps took us past there to a back entrance which was gated with little room to turn around. We had to unhook our toad and back our coach a ways before we could find a place to turn around.

Large sites with plenty of shade. Restrooms are serviced frequently. Three dump stations available which makes check out much faster.
