The camp host and gate keeper was the best we had in our 21 years of traveling.

Took an hour to level our 5th wheel due to the slope, extremely high at the hitch end. Water supply was 40 ft from site and it was mainly rock and trees

Great folks there. Love the area and the lake is always perfect. A little too much rain this trip but we still loved it.

The campground is very well maintained and the camp hosts are friendly and helpful. On our second night there, we experienced a tornado warning during the night and had to seek shelter in the campground bathrooms. Fortunately, the tornado passed just to the north of us. We are grateful to the camp hosts, Larry and Kathy, for letting us know where to seek shelter in the event of a tornado. We will be back for sure!
