We stayed at Wildcat CG and had a great time. The CG was quiet and well maintained. The only comment I have is many of the new trees planted were either dying or dead, I think from lack of water. They will be a great addition but unfortunately many did not make it.

All but one bathrooms was closed. And fire restrictions were in place. This information would have been helpful to know *before* booking the trip. (Highlighted when booking).

Chalk up another wonderful annual campout at Hyatt Lake! My family and friends enjoyed fishing, swimming, and visiting together in this beautiful setting. The lake was full and clear--such a treat! Two of my friends and I also enjoyed driving over to the resort for a dinner to celebrate their birthdays. As usual, the food was great and the service exceptional. Our rustic tenting experience at Wildcat and yummy dinner service at the resort made for a great weekend!

Campground spread out which is nice, has swimming area and places for boating and fishing. Fish were all catch and release due to small size when we went. If had one complaint it would be bathroom was not clean and tidied but did have toilet paper

Do not recommend campsite 8 in loop A- pretty small! Otherwise beautiful lake.

Beautiful location by the lake. No cell service. Make your reservations before arriving at recreation.gov

Beautiful area outside of Ashland. Close to a small resort but you need to bring everything with you. The lake itself is pretty muddy but there’s lots of wildlife. The sites are large and have areas for some privacy.
