Great facilities and the campground hosts were just amazing. The bathrooms were spotless. Campsites were spaced out well. One of the nicest campground stays I've had in recent memory.

Pros: very clean facilities, excellent hosts (Vicky was very kind, friendly and welcoming), beautiful scenery, no trash, showers were free, well maintained.
Cons: typical older shower head, hot water a bit meh but relatively decent. Biggest con is the lake was nearly nonexistent but who has control of the drought?
It just happened to be a rainy 4th of July so very few people (also probably because there was no lake) so it was very quiet.
Overall one of our favorite places to go that is nearby (Medford).

Enjoyed this campground, very little light pollution. Bathrooms have free showers and places to keep your clothes as you shower, a good amount of counter space. We stopped by here between Lassen and Crater Lake, would recommend

This campsite is a gem in Southern Oregon! Beautiful area, clean sites/toilets. The staff are friendly and helped us find a spot to fish nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

The campground and camp hosts were amazing. Beautiful mountain setting combined with clean bathrooms and showers made for a wonderful camping experience. If it weren't for a lake that desperately needs some water, this would have received five stars.

Best camping site I’ve eve been to in my life!
The scenery, wildlife and people were all something out of a story book. June is truly a spectacular time to go there and walk the PCT.

This site was absolutely gorgeous and I can not wait to return as soon as I can. It has an absolutely BEAUTIFUL view of the resevoir. The bathrooms were very clean and very well maintaned (better than anything I'm used to in CA). And I also really apprecaited that the staff checked in and chatted about the area. It was a incredibly kind older man and woman and you could really tell how much they love this area.
No cell service for about 30 mins down the mountain, so plan for that. And bring lots of fire wood, you're pretty high up in elevation so it stayed pretty chilly, even in June.

We like the wildcat campground since there are less cars coming through and the kids can ride the bikes mostly unimpeded. The campground looked great, and the vault toilet was probably the cleanest public toilet I've ever been in.
