Great to see that Phillips Reservoir was up to 66% of capacity and the boat ramp dock in the water for the first time in 2-3 years.
Fishing was poor but swimming and paddling were fun. Campfires were still allowed when we visited.

Beautiful area. Clean bathrooms and campsites. There was a good amount of space between campsites too. Hosts were friendly and helpful!
