I had a better review untill I seen my bank statement. There's a lot of add ones. Rented 1 month and was charged $100. For my 2 inside bengals also reservation fee when I never had one. It's mostly full timers and the hot water to the showers were off the last week I was there. It is gravel and by a busy highway. Good is close to a mini store that sells burritos and a small mini mart but after being at Charleston R.V and marina park it's paved, has great security ,350 feet from the crab docks and by Monkey business drive thru.. Price is cheaper and not charged for inside cats. They also have a gym. The office is closed. Most days. People just come and go. No security or maitness. Homeless walk by a lot which is sad. I would never stay here again. The old owners were much better. Video and picture is that of Charleston RV and marina Not Bandon rv.

Men's bathhouse is disgusting. The tiles are all loose and covered in some kind of mold. There has not been hot water in the men's bath house for over 2 weeks. I can touch my neighbors rv from my steps.

We booked this rv spot based on the photos from google and proximity to the restaurants and attractions. When we pulled in, I thought we were at the wrong place.. but no..I guess the google photos are just a bit misleading or maybe I just didn’t do enough research. I didn’t expect the rv park to be a gravel parking lot right off the highway. We left and forfeited our payment. Found another rv spot right across the river that feels more quiet, peaceful, private and slightly cheaper.

Dumpy Trailer park. My husband and I made arrangements to stay here. Passed by and kept going. Didn't even stop. My credit card was charged full price For 3 days . They sent 2 confirmations, one to pay for deposit the other for when we check-in and to pay for the remaining balance. We called the office but no answer.
I understand loosing the deposit. We never approved the remaining balance. We called the office spoken to the manager. She said I had to contact Corporate.she didn't know the number . She also said that , they didn't answer in the weekend because they were closed.

Have stayed here for 2 one-month visits to Bandon. Generally the park is well-kept, and the hosts are nice (although the ownership changed just at the tail-end of my last visit, so I don't know how they are now). The services are minimal, but adequate. The spaces are mostly gravel, but level. Biggest reason I stayed here twice was the location - it's definitely walking distance to downtown Bandon, the jetty, and the ocean. You can also walk to the grocery store and most of the restaurants. There is almost no greenery, and it is right along hwy 101, so it gets noisy when the logging trucks come through. The spaces are also tight, with very little room between sites. The people in the park are friendly.
If you're looking for a short stop-over, and want to spend time walking to downtown, this is a good place, especially if you'll be there on the weekend when there's not a lot of semi traffic.
Pros: Location, location, location. Price. Good neighbors.
Cons: Noise, tight spaces. Wifi is typically not great.
