Our experience was a little different than the usual because while we were staying here many far off wildfires across Oregon were blowing smoke our direction so the campground cleared out, like completely abandoned. The views are gorgeous, when there isn’t smoke, and this campground is set on a gentle hill overlooking the lake, quite picturesque! The spots are good sized, however there are small trees that line many of the spaces so we had a very tricky time trying to get our trailer parked (it is 26’ so not small but just average sized) and the campground roads are very old and not well maintained. We love a remote/rustic experience and are not looking for a perfectly manicured RV park so this suits us well. It is beautiful and great for kids, there is also cell phone coverage here which is completely unexpected while camping but nice nonetheless.
