Had a wonderful visit, it was quite, the water very near by, also facilities and potable water available. It's my new fav campground.

This is our second stay at this campground. We love going there. This year, someone had turned the dumpsters over in many areas of the park. The inquiry about possible solutions (like which ones are actually available and not overturned) was our first interaction with the Camp Host. She was less than friendly OR helpful in directing us to other areas. She simply replied, “I can’t turn them over by myself!”
We thought she may have had some frustration and having a bad day.
It wasn’t until the second day we realized she truly is just a miserable human. Every response and conversation we had with her was very short and rude.
The campsites are great. The bathrooms were clean. The weather couldn’t be better. The host was absolutely the only issue we had. She just doesn’t seem to be in the right place.

RV spaces are NOT right on top of each other, like some parks. We were a short walk to the lake, where we kept our boat pulled up on the shore. Very quiet at night. The only drawbacks.....mosquitoes and algae in the lake.
