campsites were clean and the grounds were well kept. The store employees were friendly . camping reservations were clearly posted at each campsite. Nice trail on the east side of the lake and Little Lava Lake was very beautiful as well.

I can not recommend this campsite enough. We stayed at #37 right by the lake, the spot was right off the lake and was an amazing view to wake up to. The camp hosts were polite, helpful and couldn’t have been nicer. The site is a little ways away from Glacier but is worth the trek.

They sell firewood and have clean restrooms.

Weird how the camp hosts didn't prohibit fires when they were clearly not allowed and almost every campsite had fires going

Arrived with very few people, tent area was pretty clean. When i returned around dusk, there were insanely high winds and i was shocked with a huge fire danger that camp fires were allowed and going. That night the Holiday Farm fire was started after a tree fell hitting powerline. I had a reservation for a second night but was working with the forest service and needed to get back to Eugene to hlep with evacuees. I tried the campground host (off duty) and tried calling recreation.gov several times, even when i would do the "call back" function a person never came on when i answered the phone. All i wanted to do was tell the host i was not staying for my second reserved night, and to ask recreation.gov if i could get a refund or discount since an emergency caused my to vacate early. Disappointed i couldn't talk to anyone there or at recreation.gov.

Very disappointed that we had to pay for a space when there was no water. NO WATER! Why should I bother going back? Very disappointed I did not get what I paid for. I should get a refund!!!
