We love the quiet seclusion. Will always try to get a spot here. Just wish it wasn't such a roulette wheel process to get a spot here. Took me about three weeks of fighting glitches to get our spots.

We were a large family who reserved many sites. The lake was lovely, the campground clean. We did have to share our experiences with many unwanted mosquitoes and the 3 mile road leading to the campground is rutted and rugged.
I want to give a big shout out to Lori our camp host who not only ran the campground with efficiency and attentiveness but was so pleasant and accommodating.. thank you Lori.

Beautiful campground and lake. Very quiet too as many sites we’re open ! Perfect place to SUP. The road 2 miles in is a bit rough and bumpy, but worth it!

spectacular sunsets, friendly camp host-
the mosquitos were present but you could certainly use repellant and be fine.
Our particular week there were fires in the area, so smoke was an issue-
but overall we were soooo grateful to be there.
(and it was cool to meet alllllll the folks who were legacy return campers- we totally understand why!)

The lake is beautiful, and oddly warm make swimming great.
The road into the camp ground was the horrible, especially when towing an RV. The road will stop me from going back there again and I'll warn others. Please repair it and let campers know. Fishing in this lake is not viable, very few signs of fish rising, and was told the lake had not be stocked in many years.
