Ridiculously noisy! People are racing around at midnight.

We had no idea when we booked that this was a place for dune buggies and ATVs, very loud machines all of them. Our “site” was a concrete space between two huge RVs with no picnic table. This is hardly a campground…more like a rally site for people with loud machinery. We didn’t stay.

Even though the site says you can tent camp, I dont recommend it unless you have weights. The spots are more for rv campers. Most of the driving paths are covered in sand. The fire pit at the spot was used as a trash can instead. They do not sell firewood on property but you can go up the road to purchase some. The camp host was very kind.

While I can say this is a “get what you pay for” type of value, I was disappointed. My spot was essentially just a slot in a parking lot. It didn’t feel much like a real camping experience.

I really enjoyed my time in space 52 for the second year in a row. The campground is clean and the people are great

There's a lot of trees in the area. Not a lot of spaces to have campfires find myself arguing with people on what campfire area really confusing.

It was like a circus when I arrived and there was an ATV trailer in my spot, so I left and came back later. It had cleared out and was a bit chiller but there were still ATVs riding around at least until 1am (last time I checked my clock). Not trying to be a buzzkill but I made the trip to the coast to go tide pooling so I had to be up at 4am. I decided to skip out on my last night reserved there and just reserved a different spot an hour south. I understand that it's a prime spot for ATVs but 10pm is a reasonable ask and it would have been manageable if quiet hours were at least respected.

Have used this campground for a few years now, and has always been very pleasant to stay.

"Camping" isn't what most folks are going here to enjoy. Think all night dune buggy motorcross rally complete with 3am drive bys and gunfire.
