Bathrooms we fairly clean. They used to be heated. It would be nice to have that again. It was a little loud but, you have to expect that staying here. The firepit was full to the point that I had to dig it out in order to use it. All in all it was a very good experience.

This campground needs to strictly only be for folks who have dune buggies or other sand toys. It was VERY loud, even at the camp sites and even during the week. I did read some reviews where others talked about the loudness so was prepared a little but if you are expecting peace and quiet, this is NOT the campground for you. While walking to and from the beach, we had our German Shepherd and our sweet Pittie on leashes and an unleashed Chihuahua from a neighboring campsite came out of nowhere and started nipping at our dogs. We had ours under complete control even during this situation. The campground hosts were behind us when it happened and asked the owners of the Chihuahua if their dogs were ok?!? but did not ask us and then proceeded to tell us a story about hosting at another campground where there was supposedly a mean Pit Bull and how they felt unsafe with dogs "like that" around. Both of our dogs were very well behaved the whole time. It was also pretty obvious that most campers were of the particular political side that rhymes with bite lol. Definitely not our tribe. Will not be going back! Too bad though because the beach side of the beach where no dune buggies are NOT allowed was beautiful! We tried another campsite in Washington recently and it was a completely different experience! Our dogs even received Bark Ranger bandanas from the hosts!
