What Guests Are Saying
Sandbeach Campground offers a well-maintained and clean environment with friendly camp hosts, making it a popular choice for ATV and off-road enthusiasts. While the location is praised for its proximity to the dunes and beach, the level of noise from ATV activity and loud parties can detract from a peaceful camping experience. Visitors seeking a quieter retreat may want to consider alternative options, but families and recreationists generally enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and amenities provided.

Even understanding it was going to be loud from ATVs, the party scene (super loud music and lots of swearing around kids) made it a little weird. We escaped by going to the beach. The grounds otherwise were good and the bathrooms clean and well kept. Thanks for a good time.

As stated by other reviewers, this is an OHV area....lots of noise and revving of engines. Not my thing. We did spend one night out of necessity.

We were here to ride the dunes. Unfortunately, our UTV was broken and we didn’t get to check out the dunes. We still enjoyed the campground.

Bathrooms need a deep clean and a soap dispenser added. The ground squirrel’s & crow’s are a bit out of control. The squirrel’s chewed through a soft cooler and opened a small locking container to eat all our dog food and treats. Beside that it was a good stay.
