Great sites for dunes. Clean, quiet and easily accessible.

Horrible experience loud Mexican music the whole weekend even after quiet time. The same people wouldn’t take there dirt bikes or quads on the sand they were using the parking lot as a circle track the whole weekend. Won’t be coming back I’ll go to Winchester. It’s bigger and campgrounds are not like this. The sad thing is numerous people said that’s why they day trip only now.

Very busy, bathrooms were not very clean. Maybe they just couldn’t keep up.

"Camping" isn't what most folks are going here to enjoy. Think all night dune buggy motorcross rally complete with 3am drive bys and gunfire.

Have used this campground for a few years now, and has always been very pleasant to stay.

It was like a circus when I arrived and there was an ATV trailer in my spot, so I left and came back later. It had cleared out and was a bit chiller but there were still ATVs riding around at least until 1am (last time I checked my clock). Not trying to be a buzzkill but I made the trip to the coast to go tide pooling so I had to be up at 4am. I decided to skip out on my last night reserved there and just reserved a different spot an hour south. I understand that it's a prime spot for ATVs but 10pm is a reasonable ask and it would have been manageable if quiet hours were at least respected.

There's a lot of trees in the area. Not a lot of spaces to have campfires find myself arguing with people on what campfire area really confusing.
