Lake level is way low and if you want to swim you have to walk thru muck to get out in the water. Often times rules are not enforced. Lots of barking dogs that the owners tied to a tree and left camp. Unfortunately, there were several inconsiderate people there, running generators after 10 pm or talking quite loud after quiet hour started. The host and hostess are extremely nice. We ended up leaving 2 days early and got a refund. Although the refund was not processed correctly, I was able to email them and get it corrected. It is a beautiful area with several lakefront sites. We just got unlucky this year with a huge group that often comes in July and take over the beach like they own it. Such a shame.

Beautiful facilities. Quiet,campground employees available and easy to locate but not intrusive. Bathroom/showers clean roomy and well stocked (scented soap!). Site has plenty of both sunny&shade areas to each site I saw,including ours. Lake access is easy,you can see the lake from your tent window and it’s just feet away to access the water. Overall excellent location&employees

From Roseburg, Oregon: Traveling north on Interstate 5 to Exit 170. Take exit 170; continue driving on Highway 99 for approximately 2.3 mi. Take a right on Latham Road and drive approximately 1 mi. Turn Right on London Road and drive approximately 3 mi. Take a left on Cottage Grove Reservoir Road and drive 2.5 mi to Pine Meadows Campground.

Pine Meadows Campground is accessible via Interstate 5, with Exit 172 located approximately 3 miles from the campground when traveling south. For northbound access, Exit 170 on Interstate 5 connects to Highway 99, leading to local roads that reach the campground.
