All the women's bathroom were plugged and over flowing they had portable toilets outside the showers were closed the camp spot was nice and view was pretty we normally don't pay to camp we do bml camping so $22 wasn't worth camping when we had the same experience finding our own spot for free

The lake (cottage grove) was very low .. we bass fish and that made it difficult.. getting the boat into the water was very hard . But I have to say that the “ hosts” were very friendly and professional.. the rangers also .

A beautiful place to camp normally. I have been to pine meadows many many times had pretty good times. It says no alcohol allowed but I am telling you I have seen many people drinking and heard them after 10 pm quiet hours. People with big dogs just barking all night. The reason I will not camp here is because they have certain campsites with marked paths to the lake and still adults and kids walk thru like they don't know any better. There are drugs used there as well as alcohol. The showers are off even though they are far apart because of Covid. They turned off the water spigots on our side of the campground. So no water for you campers. The rangers came by as we were setting up and taking down our campsite. To tell us "No parking on grass." We were there by our tent to air our mattresses up in the tent because it won't fit into the tent already blown up. We have to plug our pump into the car to use. Told them we would be moving in 5 minutes. This pissed me off because right on the grass across the way were 2 boats, big boats parked where? The grass. These rangers are hypocrites. I am tired of the janky rule enforcement and drinking and drug use that goes on there. A pretty place but if you have a tent get ready to hear partying all night into the wee hours of the morning. The car alarms going off that was fun also. I don't recommend this campground at all. We won't be staying here again. Shame because my birthday is in August and every year there is a meteor shower on my birthday and I loved to camp here and enjoy my time watching this. You also have to deal with traffic noise as the road is right there and it is a busy road. For the price If I was you I would look elsewhere to camp. ALL BOATERS PLEASE LISTEN IF I WERE YOU I WOULD SEARCH USGS.GOV AND OREGON.GOV AND CHECK THE WATER TABLES FOR THE LAKES YOU WANT TO BOAT MOST LAKES ARE VERY LOW AND THERE ARE NO BOATS ALLOWED ON THIS LAKE OR LOTS OTHERS BECAUSE OF A DRY SEASON.
