Great getaway if your going as enjoying nature, staff is awesome, it is a windy water area so trying to do some floating is a big No, do wish swimming areas were not so muddy or not having to drive to get to another spot that is rocky as we had 2 lils with us but other then that ok area for park walking and loved the playground, would recommend just remember the quirks wish we would have known would have been more prepared

This is a nice rustic campground, no water/electric hookups. It would be lovely if a few were created since it is so heavily used by folks with rv’s. There were a lot of generators running! Otherwise, the sites are large, the bathrooms are clean and the staff are friendly. It is a wonderful place to camp!

it was a peaceful camp ground. even through our camp site was right next to the road there was no traffic irritation. there was the perfect trees for a hammock. the water was easily accessible. It will definitely be a camp site we come back to again.
