What Guests Are Saying
Crescent Creek Campground offers a peaceful and clean environment, with friendly camp hosts and well-maintained facilities. However, guests should be prepared for mosquitos, particularly near the creek, and the campground is primarily suited for tent campers, making it challenging for larger trailers. Overall, it serves as a great base for exploring nearby lakes.

The ease of doing everything on line was amazing. We got there with out worrying if we would have a place to stay.

We had made reservations for a couple nights in the middle of July, but only ended up staying one night because our site (#4) was swarming with mosquitos. The campground overall was very peaceful and quiet (only a couple other campers mid week), and the outhouse facility very clean, but be prepared for mosquitos, especially near the creek! Our natural "Herbal Armor" spray did nothing to deter them and we ended up eating at a picnic table at another vacant site where there were fewer mosquitos.

While the view was beautiful, this campground is only suitable for tent campers. I don’t understand why it allows camper trailers. We have a 35 foot trailer and couldn’t navigate to pull into this area. There was no designated area to park the trailer and we were completed surrounded by tent campers. We stayed for one night and left the next morning to find a different campground.

Campground was well maintained, fire pit and table at each site, toilet very clean. Camphost - Liz was very friendly and offered information on the other campgrounds and day use areas. Great homebase for visiting the many lakes in the area.

Campground strewn with litter. Although not the fault of the Forest Service, campground infested with mosquitos, forcing us to remain inside our vehicle.

The campground was small, but nicely maintained. The bathroom was very clean. It is very close to the highway and we had one night of a lot of traffic and loud trucks, but the other 3 nights were very quiet. It is close to Crescent Lake for swimming and Odell Lake for hiking.

Great campground! Well maintained facilities and friendly but not overfriendly staff! The yellow jackets were definitely out but it's just that time of year!
