It snowed over Memorial Day and we had to leave early since we were tent camping. Since this is a high elevation campground, maybe open it later in the year.

Camp host not available for assistance. Be cautious of selecting site as some are very isolated.

Enjoyed our stay at Sunset Cove. The traffic was the only disappointment, pretty loud. The camp host was right next to us, we enjoyed all the stories he shared with us.

Very nice boat ramp and slips. Fish cleaning station is nice. Bathrooms and grounds are kept clean and tidy. Campground is very near a major hiway. Campsites are adequate but the ground is dirt (no grass, etc). Lots of trees that provide shade.
