Very well maintained location. I booked a last minute reservation for a one night stay and everything went so smoothly. Easy after hours process. Thankful for a safe and smooth experience.

We LOVED our stay. We were looking for a safe, quiet, centrally located RV park to stay in that didn't have run down busted RVs in it (which is actually not easy to find in Eugene - we found out the hard way that a lot of the parks nearby have broken down RVs and really sketchy guests even when the reviews are semi-ok) but Deerwood has an age requirement for RVs (like all nice RV parks) so we were comfortable for our entire stay. It was so nice to be 10 mins from downtown and very close to a lot of landmarks while trusting our RV was safe while we visited the city. They have cameras around the park and an overnight host in case of an emergency which made us feel so secure. It was a great experience for our family. We've already booked our favorite site for the Fall when we come back for football season. Thank you Lori for being so darn sweet and knowledgeable. You are a gem, and Deerwood is lucky to have you!

Beautiful location. We arrived late and left early. Easily accessible. Hosts communicated efficiently over text. Very clean laundry and showers. Good price.

Nice RV park. Grounds crew keep the lawn clean and in excellent condition. Staff friendly and helpful. Laundry room always clean, but only 4 washers & dryers. Shower/restroom facilities large and clean. Sites are level, but many are difficult to get into. They do have some pull through sites. There is a large green area in middle. You can hear traffic noise at night from road. All sites were kept clean. Nice location to stay while enjoying local sites.

If you have to be near Eugene, this isn't the worst place to stay. I mean, Eugene is darned near the worst place to stay, but that's beside the point. If you get a pull-through site, you probably won't have any trouble parking. The back-ins don't leave much room for error, and you'll spend a lot of time watching others try to park. The RV park smells like a sewer in the mornings and evenings (maybe the rest of the day too, but that's when I was outside). Road noise isn't bad.
