Bathrooms are hit and miss. Some are disgusting. Some are fair. Didn’t spend a lot of time outside our tent because the bugs threatened to eat all our flesh and suck all our blood within minutes of arriving. Diamond Lake is close by and picturesque.

Location for Northern Entrance to Crater Lake is great. Spacious campsites, store nearby and flush toilets all great, but late June the mosquitos and gnats were awful. Left after one day.

Managed to by a private vendor. Prices are different from what are listed on recreation.gov. did not get my full 50% discount for my access pass. Other than that the area is beautiful. The lake water is low, but the campground is clean the bathrooms are very clean and the landscape is breathtaking.

Beautiful campground with great proximity to the North entrance of Crater Lake National park. It was easy to enter and exit the park and go back to camp to hang out between excursions. There’s a pizza parlor nearby with ice and firewood, there isn’t any available onsite. Loop A was quiet while we were there. The sites are spacious. I docked one star due to the old (but still quite clean and functional) toilets and the restrooms didn’t have soap.

From Roseburg, OR, turn left onto OR-138 East / NE Diamond Lake Boulevard for approximately 80 miles. Turn right onto Forest Road 4795 / Diamond Lake Loop at the north entrance to Diamond Lake Recreation Area. Continue 3.2 miles and turn right after the pizza parlor. Drive half a mile to the campground entrance on the left. Broken Arrow may also be accessed via OR-62 and OR-230 from Medford, OR, or US-97 from Klamath Falls, OR, and Bend, OR.
Broken Arrow Campground is accessible via OR-138, OR-62, and OR-230. It is approximately 80 miles from Roseburg, OR, and can also be reached from US-97 from Klamath Falls, OR, and Bend, OR.

Policies & Rules
Arrival & departure
- Site availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.
