We were excited about the family site but didn't realize the only larger part would be for parking . The site was barely level enough for the one tent we had . Sunny most of the day; lake was beautiful. Easy access close by. The worst part was lack of open bathrooms! Such an inconvenience for a necessity when camping . Bathroom that was open ran out of TP, but was quickly refilled once we let them know.

The bike trail around the lake is fantastic! Its well maintained and hard surfaced, both shaded and open areas, and easy access to parking.

The A015 site is very close to the bathroom and water point, but it doesn't have enough space or it wasn't suitable for tents. The ground is sloping and is covered in logs.and firewood but it is close to the lake and a small streamSpace A014 is ideal if you have something like a trailer or RV.

We absolutely loved camping here and the site was perfect for our family. Lake access and shady areas for our tents. Clean upon arrival. The restrooms directly across from our site were out of order, but they had portapotties available. We are already looking forward to coming back next year.

Lovely lake location, great for biking & water activities.
Half of the toilets were closed & portaloos were in use, clean showers. No dump sites and potable water spigot not working.
Overall the utilities need updating

Beautiful site, bathrooms near us were out of order, but they provided portable toilets that were well maintained. Lots of bugs during twilight, but none during most of the rest of the day/night

We use a large tent and there was no space large or flat enough to comfortably place our tent. Our picnic table was practically built into the hill, so half of it was barely usable. The firepit was located in a spot that chairs could only be placed around 1/3 of it. The majority of our site had 1ft stumps, leaving it as unusable space for our family trip. On the bright side, our space was clean with a nice path to the bathroom, which was also clean. Booking and check-in were both very easy.

The campsite was NOT LEVEL! We were not able to find a level spot for our tent and ended up in a divot between tree roots. We had to pad the floor of the tent with towels and seat cushions in order to not roll downhill in the night. There was plenty of space but no effort was made to spread mulch or in any way level the site to make a tent pad of any size. Walking around the campground we saw many other sites that were simply on hills and the tents were at significant angles.
The restrooms were clean enough but do not get serviced every day. We took it upon ourselves to refill the soap pump in the men's room from the huge soap jug in the women's room. There was a sheet on the door that explained a multi step process to email the third party contractor that services the restrooms if there is an issue. By the way there is no cell service or wifi at the campground.
It's very conveniently located to Crater Lake and nice to have access to the store and restaurant at the resort, but this campground really needs some work put into it. We would likely not return unless we were desperate.
