There's a lack of parking in the sites that state 2 vehicles and up to 8 people allowed. In most of the sites there's only room for 1 vehicle if you have an RV. This causes you to have to park in the overflow parking areas: not ideal or desirable. We'd give it 5 stars except for the sites being too small/crowded for 8 people and 2 vehicles. The campsite patrol is a bit overly intrusive too. Other than those 2 issues, it was nice. The lake is beautiful and the bike trail around the lake was fun.

Beautiful and quiet campground pretty close to Crater Lake. Lake was gorgeous. Facilities are good with hot showers open 24hrs and on donation basis. They are not well maintained but considering the circumstances it was ok. Bike Path is super cool and it leads to neighboring RV campground that has a restaurant and an overpriced shop. Not much food options there. Buy from The National park store they have sandwiches and salads and water.

Diamond Lake is great. You can swim paddle board or boat, plus ride your bike on a lovely, flat trail all around the lake! What a gem of a place to find! Big campsites too.

GREAT CAMPSITE!! We only stayed one night, but the campground has large, private, forested sites and nice sturdy tables. Our site was about 10 yards from the lake itself which was incredible. The bugs were terrible and the bathrooms were small, but VERY worth it for the scenery.

Great host. Great spot. Rest room and shower facilities could use a little help. 2 of the 6 showers broken the whole week we were there. Facility cleaning left something to be desired.

awesome camp site. I would spend a little extra and get a site on the lake ....it's also not far from crater lake.
