What Guests Are Saying
Kelsay Valley Horse Camp offers large, well-spaced campsites and a clean, welcoming atmosphere, with helpful camp hosts. Significant efforts have been made to clear trails, enhancing the overall experience. Despite some trail blockages from downed trees, there are still accessible routes, and further improvements are planned for the fall.

Wonderful camp for equestrians, maintained and hosted by equestrians. Approximately 50 mi of trails have been cleared this year, ranging from easy to moderate to difficult. Plenty of water all summer in the creek. Six of the seven sites are level and can accommodate large trailers (I have a two-horse gooseneck with ten-foot living quarters). If you have a horse, I recommend camping here.

The camp was great, the RR clean, trails were cleared and wonderful; thanks to OET and other volunteets. The directions on recreation.gov were WRONG and I wasted 2 hours backing my rig back out of the wrong road! Do not follow the driving directions at recreation.gov !!
