Great little campground tucked away in the trees next to Tokatee Lake and Hot springs!
The only issue we had was the horrible smell from the restrooms. We were in A-15, so very close to the restrooms. Everytime the doors opened, we got a huge whoosh of septic smell.

People were on our spot, even though we had it booked for 3 weeks. Very poor experience.

Campground is basic but location is amazing. Waterfall hikes, hot springs, beautiful rivers!

The campsites at Toketee Lake Camground are outstanding. They are spacious and thoughtfully designed with rock-“wall placements and grill placements to have a good separation from sleep/cooking/parking without feeling too crowded. There is also enough space away from other campers to not feel stacked on top of other explorers or bothered by their conversation or noise. The location is close to the water, and a very quick hop from Toketee Falls, Toketee Lake, and Umqua Hotsprings. The vault restrooms are well maintained. Overall this was a fantastic camping experience and I look forward to my next adventure and I highly recommend this spot to other travelers.

Amazing spot, direct path right to the water. Quiet and friendly Campground. Toilets were pretty fly infested, but manageable and always had toilet paper. One of the best camp grounds I've stayed at.

The campground was clean from garbage and looked nice, when the campers left they left the areas looking nice. The only thing disappointing was there was no way to launch a boat other than a kayak

We stayed at spot A15, huge spot, perfect hammock trees. The entrance to the hike to Umpqua Hot Springs is right there (it’s longer than they state and very hard fyi, but beautiful)! Best camping site I’ve ever been to. Booking again. My only complaint about this spot is it is right next to the bathrooms- so a bit of a smell at times.

Had good activities near by but couldn’t actually stay in my site due to it being connected to the site next to it and the people in that site taking up all the space

Nice forested campground conveniently located near both Toketee Falls and Umpqua Hot Springs. Make sure to bring water, as this is a forest service run campground - as are most along the scenic byway. Spots are spread a good length apart, so you have plenty of space away from other campers.
