Very clean spot. Being right next to the river was a plus. The only complaint I would say is that I was a little disappointed that they allowed campsite guests to have fires. It was in the pit itself but thought with all the wildfires going on at the time and considering how close they were, I thought maybe it should have not been appropriate. Some were really out of control as far as size.

I had a great time camping here with my dog! The campground was lovely and peaceful, plenty of shade, and lots of great places to explore close by.

Hot - not the campground's fault. A little noisy the first night, but then things were quiet. Surprised that there were many open spaces. All of the waterfalls in the area are worth seeing, as well as the lakes - Lemola, Diamond, and of course Crater. Good restaurant at the lodge at Diamond Lake. The hikes to Toketee Falls and on the North Umpqua Trail towards the hot springs were good. (But, too hot on the days that we chose.) We would stay there again.

Amazing place to camp and kayak! 2nd year going there and its just so beautiful. So many waterfalls to hike to and fishing!

The campground itself is great and definitely would recommend, but if wanting to launch a boat beware. The boat ramp area needs some major help, back when I was a kid it was kept up and had a dock, now its almost unusable.

The campground was beautiful and close to some good hikes and attractions. The lake is beautiful. The sites seem very private. There is only vault toilets, but they were clean.

A very nice, quiet, tree-covered dry campground with spacious sites beside a beautiful lake and creek. There is close access (a short drive) to Umpqua Hot Springs, and only a day trip away from Crater Lake. Campers should note there are no nearby stores or other facilities, and some public toilets (with paper) are the only facilities. Each site has picnic tables and fire pits.
There was no cell service anywhere near this site.
We were tent camping, but it appeared that there were no hookups or other RV facilities for electricity or sewage. A lovely, beautiful spot totally worth visiting!
