Deer Creek Guard Station Cabin offers a lovely, restful experience in a quiet setting, with comfortable accommodations and well-supplied amenities, perfect for hiking and enjoying the outdoors. However, some guests noted the absence of a mop and toilet paper, as well as a concerning propane smell upon arrival, which detracted from their overall experience. Despite these issues, many guests enjoyed their stay and appreciated the cabin's charm.
The cabin was as advertised. In a great location, rustic, and comfortable. Reservations were easy. Do pay attention to the directions and check the forest service website to make sure roads are open.
