Very unlevel spots both front to back and side to side. Take lots of leveling blocks.

The sites here are large and most have a lake view. There are tons of old growth pines everywhere so it’s very pretty and peaceful. My one complaint is that the bathrooms and showers are old and need updating. All OR state park bathroom facilities are more modern than these. I don’t like having to remember to bring quarters for the shower on top of the cost of the site.

The park was very clean, and both camp hosts were awesome and friendly. We have two more camping trips booked for this season.

A lovely time but glad we had an RV because the wind off the lake made it much cooler than we had expected. If I had it to do over I would choose a different campsite one that is not right along the lake, where the winds are near constantly blowing and gusting. The bank fishing was good as were fellow campers. Pizza at the marina was an easy dinner and just a short walk away.

As always the lake was pleasant and beautiful. Just be careful when making reservations: I accidentally booked a double site.

The camp was clean. The bathrooms were cleaned everyday. The Lake of Woods restaurant was excellent as always! The store nicely stocked, especially with daily ice for our ice chest. The lake, beach, and forest is beautiful!
