What Guests Are Saying
Edson Creek Campground offers a beautiful and peaceful environment, with well-kept amenities such as potable water and firewood for sale. While there were some cleanliness issues and a lack of privacy between campsites, many guests appreciated the friendly campground host and the lovely creek nearby. Overall, visitors enjoyed their time, especially for family gatherings, despite some minor inconveniences.

Weather did not cooperate, but worse is access road to reserved spots, been reserving sites for 30+ years, we like the big open spots for multiple friends and family to share.

Mark is the host, or was when we were there. While we were camping there, it felt like we were a guest on a Chevy Chase Family Reunion movie -- everyone seemed to know everyone and I'm not confident the FCFS sites were even paying.
On one of the nights we were there the host had about 8 adult males at their campsite. There was a lot of animal noises which were upsetting minor children and dogs. The noise got louder and the host site was egging the situation on. Come to find out, the host site was responsible as one of the adult males had a wild game call maker with amplifier. They thought it was hilarious; I'm not as confident -- using a device to attract wildlife to a campground doesn't seem like the brightest idea.
It's also worth noting some of the nights were were there we were awoken by constructions noises starting a 4am coming from a local private property getting logged.
There were dogs off leash roaming campsites from German Shepherds to Golden Retrievers.
The campground itself had a lot of trash scattered about and holes in the dirt that our camping chairs kept falling into. It isn't well kept.
As others have mentioned, there no privacy. It's an open field. That's it. Whether it's quiet for you or not largely depends on whose camping. It was not quiet for us.
Save your money and camp elsewhere.

There was lots of sand everywhere and piles off brush and twigs throughout the campsite. Kind of a tripping hazard.
lots of traffic going through our group campsite, since there was a wedding planned for one of the days in the back group sites. All the traffic kicked up lots of dust. We were there eight nights and bathrooms were stocked just once. Most of our visit we had use of only one of the toilets available to our group because the other toilet had no seat. They installed a tiny seat the day before we were scheduled to leave.
Bathrooms were cleaned only once.
One of the picnic tables was removed from the area. There was no trash bin in our group site and we had to haul garbage down to the main campsite area. And the two bins down there were overflowing.
The price had gone up $10 more per night from last year. We were expecting a little more serviceable campsite.
All in all, we still enjoyed our time at Edson Creek campground. We were there mainly for the time spent with family.

Beautiful campground. Spaced well. Pit toilet, has potable water. Firewood $5/ bundle but you could also collect your own. Campsite host was friendly and his dog Toby was super cute and friendly. Would def come back.

Campground was great. Creek was amazing. Only downfall was that there was someone in our reserved spot on the first night of our stay. We both double checked and we both had a reservations confirmation.
