Nice open, and good location for trip.
However camp toilets were not upkept. One of the men's rooms were closed off. Maintenance was not well kept. Otherwise a good camp.

This place is a gem! We loved it! What a beautiful place. Tucked away, private and not crowded. The dunes are fantastic!

Loved this park! Our dog enjoyed all the paths she explored so much we extended our stay from 2 days to 5. Our spot (5) was perfect for solar power and we were able to charge our batteries to 100% every day. We’ll stay again if we have the chance.

Camp site was incredibly smaller than anticipated and entire site was at an incline, which was not mentioned when I was reserving. Map for camp site in website shows different layout (trails, bathroom, etc)., I was under the impression there was going to be just tents at this campground. Not only were there campers allowed in sites, but people brought in long trailers filled with ATVs blocking most of the road for a great distance. I was hoping to camp and not be at a park with RVs and trailer campers, and ATVs.

This is a small fairly quiet forested campground. The rest rooms are clean. We enjoyed our stay.

There is a 14-day in 30 rolling days camping limit on the Siuslaw National Forest. The 14 days does not have to be consecutive. The 14-day limit covers the entire Siuslaw National Forest and not just this campground as shown in the Rules Section. This campground is located in close proximity to multiple lakes and wetlands. Due to this, there can be an abundance of mosquitoes between the months of April and August. Please be prepared for this. |
