Eel Creek Campground is a highly praised site known for its beautiful location near the Oregon Dunes and Sieslaw Forest, offering clean, private campsites and friendly hosts. Campers appreciate the access to hiking trails and the peaceful atmosphere, making it a favorite for families and outdoor enthusiasts. Love this place. Simple campground, fantastic setting. Almost far enough away from the ATV noise of all the other campgrounds nearby. We try to get here every time we visit Oregon coast.

Beautiful location, close enough to easily hike to both dunes and in woods and protected from the wind by gorgeous rhododendrons! Clean bathrooms, easy to find campground.

Eel Creek Campground is a lovely spot to access the Dunes. This is a basic campground with water and flush toilets. Campsites have a fire ring and picnic table. Sites are pretty well spaced so you feel like you have some level of privacy. You're in the shade of the dunes, so it's not a spot to watch the sunset from your campsite.

Great campsite. Our site was really private. The only complaint was the bathroom building was out of TP but I think that's just because there was no camp host that day.

Quiet, lots of space between sites. No host, but bathrooms were fairly clean even though there wasn't a host. Had a level pull through site, with awesome grocery store very close by in Lakeside. Second time visiting.

Loved that this site was near the dunes, so we were able to watch the sunset from there. Great spot if you have ATV/dirtbikes to ride on the dunes - HUGE parking spots. But, you can definitely hear them riding, so this is not your place for peace and quiet.

We visit this campground annually. Dune access is amazing. There was no host this time. Forest service came by daily to clean/check bathrooms. Honestly, it was the cleanest I have ever seen it—great work FS!

Nice camp spot!I was able to back in to where I was able to tuck my van in a nice little sucluded parking space. The picnic table and campfire area was also tucked in that was basicly surrounded all the way around with tree's.It was peaceful and quiet. The bathrooms were very clean.I also appreciated the water spouts around the entire campground to use for drinking. And the price is pretty reasonable.I would highly recomend staying at this campground if your ever in the area or looking for a great camp spot!
