Large campsites, beautiful giant pine trees, soothing sounds of the creek, wildflowers and chipmunks. Easy access from highway but far enough to feel secluded. Perfect for me.

The ranger, Danny, was very kind and remembered my group from last year. The facilities were fine and the bathrooms were maintained well. Overall we had a fantastic time.

Great spots - beautiful location.
Only thing I think needs updated is signage. There is no sign by the fork in the road that says the campground is to the right - and once you do turn, the sign down the road and behind a tree - so you have to almost drive past it before you can see it.
But once we found the spot it was great! :-)

My only complaint is that the map of the campsites is inaccurate. I ended up getting the wrong campsite in an undesirable location due to this inaccurate map. The map shows the southernmost campsite as being number 11. When actually it is number 13 or 14.

Nice walking trail. Excellent view of the creek from our spot. We really enjoyed our time here. Weather was also great.

Great place to camp for a few days. Very quiet except the first night. The group next to me put their generator very close to my campsite even though they had a huge site and could have done their setup differently.

It was quiet (very few people) and the walk up to the headwaters is so pleasant.
