Nice quiet campground. A beautiful stream and path right in camp. Great for walking the dogs.

We thought it was great, my family used to take us here as kids. Creek is perfect for the kids to explore and the trail to the head of the creek is really great, we had an awesome time checking that out. It was very cute! The only thing that disappointed us was the Camp Sherman store closed before we got there at 530, yet the sign said they were open until 6pm. The fish hatchery was fun too, kids loved feeding the fish. The bathrooms were clean and sanitized when we got there. We saw a black bear near the store and a deer walked right through our camp. Such wonderful memories were made this last trip!

The spots are large and well-spaced. I went mid-week and had the whole place to myself for most of my stay. Clean, scenic, perfect.

I have been going to Jack Creek campground for many (~15) years and it has changed drastically since it has become available for reservation on-line. The reservation process has increased the number of visitors but the upkeep on the campground has not kept pace. Where there used to be open spaces and tall grass, it is now trampled and dusty. Cars frequently drive through the middle of the campground because there are no barriers to keep them from doing so. At least the pit toilets were kept clean. Well, as clean as pit toilets can be.

Beautiful cg and location. I was there on a Sat thru Mon nights. Had to pay for Friday night even though I couldn't make then and the cg was less than half full
Facilities were fine except for a broken toilet seat
Some folks had campfires when I thought there was a fire ban...
Overall quite happy with my stay,
Very pretty creek along edge of campground.

Huge campsites, great creek access, super quiet and very little cell service--all a plus!

Very rustic and quiet campground. The sites are huge, there’s great access to the creek, you’re close to sisters and Suttle lake but far enough that it’s secluded. Beautiful trails to hike, and lots of other things to do nearby. The only complaint we had was the trash was overflowing.

We arrived to find 3 of the sites had massive campfires going. The sites are large which encourages big groups, it was loud with music and chatter with large groups socializing. But, it was the campfires and smoky atmosphere caused by them that forced the choice to leave. I thought there was a fire ban in the area so was not prepared for that. It is a beautiful area, much to do... campfires and big sites may be perfect for you, but not what we wanted.

We love the spaciousness of the grounds and the large distances between camp sites. Also, the beauty and uniqueness of Jack Creek itself.
