We would love to post this on your page with your approval we absolutely had the best time up there

My humans took me up to a place called Austin Camp ground for five whole days and we stayed in a tent. We meet a very nice Man Named Doug and his Wife Lynette, they were so kind and nice I got all kinds of ear loving.  I Think they were the owners of the camp ground where we were staying. The Camp Ground was absolutely beautiful i got to explore so much but Mommy and Daddy had to keep me on my leash due to camp ground rules.   There were so many wonderful smells at the camp but it was way to clean i could not even find a single piece of paper or garbage to rummage thru and i really searched hard and only come up empty pawed.
My Daddy and Mommy would each go to the shower house each night and come back smelling so nice and fresh., I remember them saying how clean and emaculate the shower house was, they always would say how Doug and Lynette were always on top of things that even the slightest detail to attention was never overlooked. And very often checking in on them always making sure they always had what they needed.
My Daddy would leave each morning to go fish in First Fork but he come back smelling of fish each time and always so excited telling Mommy how beautiful the area was, and all the wildlife he saw.
I got to see so many Deer, Wild Turkeys ,Fox even some really big Deer I think they called them Elk they were so Big.
I really can't wait until out next adventure out to Austin Camp Ground and is Sadie Mae Appoved

DO NOT BOOK HERE if there is the slightest chance of cancelling a trip due to weather. The refund policy is extremely unforgiving (no refunds for cancellations within 14 days of the reservation), which means anyone who wants to make an adjustment based on weather is screwed. Given that this campground is near Cherry Springs, a stargazing attraction that relies on clear weather, Austin Campground's strictness regarding refunds feels deeply greedy and cynical. So, be advised: these people will take your money and bind it up in their fine print. Safest bet is to book elsewhere.

We travel by motorcycle to many campgrounds each year and mainly tent camp. This campground has to be one of my best experiences to date. The location is perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle of towns and nestled in a beautiful wooded oasis. The owner Doug could not have been any nicer or accommodating. The grounds and amenities are fantastic. I will certainly be back with the family.

We had a great experience here! Level clean and very large site. Unfortunately it rained all weekend but it was still great. Duck race was fun to watch. If you’re looking for a welcoming place to disconnect this is it! Lots of things local to see. Can’t wait to go back with better weather.

I highly recommend staying at the Austin Campground. I have been coming here with my cousins for the past 10 years for our annual flyfishing trip. An absolutely fantastic place to stay in the heart of the Pennsylvania Wilds. Very clean, beautiful, and scenic area where you can see Pennsylvania's amazing wildlife. The wildlife I have personally seen there includes elk, bear, deer, fox, turkey, and eagles. On a clear night, the stars in the sky are spectacular!!! I enjoy sitting in my camp chair at night and watching the satellites and shooting stars streak by in the sky! Doug, Linnette, and Mason are wonderful hosts that will go out of the way to make sure your stay is a memorable and relaxing one!!! Go check out their website and see for yourself what a great campground they have!!!!!!!!!!
