The campgrounds are beautiful: clean, well-kept and serene. It is centrally located to great hiking trails of all levels. Our 2 year old grandson and our dog loved hiking at nearby Ricketts Glen National Park and World’s End along the creek. Benton is convenient for local grocery shopping and eating. Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We camped on a turf and it was very secluded and had few neighbors. There are only six primitive campsites, or "turfs" so you never have to worry about it feeling crowded. There is a metal fire pit at each turf and ample room for a large tent and chairs. We were provided with fire wood, tinder, matches, and a little booklet with campground policies and things to do nearby. The bath house is spectacular. It is extremely clean and has very modern amenities. There is a pavilion with tables, chairs, couches, and a projector. It is lit up with soft string lights at night so it is a great place to play board games. There is a pond for catch and release fishing near the pavilion. Speaking of games, the campground has a lovely outdoor games area stocked with games for guests to use. My only complaint would be it's hard to find at night as the sign isn't very well lit. The directional signs inside the campground are very small and hard to read as well. It is only about a ten minute drive away from Ricketts Glen. I couldn't recommend this campground enough

I had such a great experience at West Creek Campground! The property is well-maintained, peaceful, and has a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. The sites are spacious and clean, with plenty of room to set up comfortably. I really appreciated how quiet and relaxing the campground felt, yet it still had everything you need nearby.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making check-in smooth and making sure we felt at home. The bathrooms and showers were kept clean, and the grounds were tidy throughout our stay. It’s also a beautiful area—surrounded by nature, which made it perfect for morning walks and evenings by the fire.

Whether you’re camping with family, friends, or just looking for a relaxing getaway in nature, West Creek Campground is a fantastic choice. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is by far the best camping experience I’ve ever had! If camping everywhere was like this I’d do it every weekend! The camp ground is super clean, beautiful, quiet. The trees aren’t overgrown or blocking the beautiful skies at night. Everything is a short walk distance. The bathrooms are the most luxurious bathrooms I’ve ever seen for a campground, I’m talking they look like they belong in a fancy house compared to other campground bathhouses I’ve used. No issues with hot water either. The Lux canvas tents are amazing! Room for an entire family without feeling cramped. Power hook up, lighting! Dining table. Truly a memorable experience. I will try and come back as often as possible

We stayed at the retreat and were very comfortable. Our family enjoyed staying here and can't wait to go back. It's close to 2 state parks. Rickets glen was only 10 minutes away and worlds end was about 40 minutes away. I recommend stopping by hillside farms on the way there for the farm animals and soft serve ice cream. You can also get glass bottled milk. People in the area were friendly towards tourists, and we loved seeing all the farms in the area. We wish we could have experienced getting some produce at the farm stands, but it was too early in the season for that. We heard there are numerous farm stands in the summer months with fresh produce.
