We stayed for one night and enjoyed the quiet, off the beaten path campsite. We didn’t go down to the lake but it appeared to be a nice spot. If we are ever in the area again and looking for a place to camp we would definitely come again.

The site and bathrooms were clean. The price was cheap and included electricity. The site however- did not look like it's picture as it had been eroded over time. The "Beach" was an old boat launch- cement and all. The "playground" was no longer- it was still on the map, but had been taken out 15 years ago.

Our family camps here at least once a year and we reserve multiple sites because the sites are spread out nicely and are very well kept. This year the bathrooms were upgraded to individual pods which included a shower, toilet and sink. We bring boats and like being able to have waterfront sites to moor the boats during our stay. The campground hosts are very friendly and are accomodating to our large group. We love the feeling of being in the woods, yet have all the ammenities we need! The only downfall (to some people) is the lack of cell phone service unless you have Verizon. I personally like the disconnect!!

The new updated shower house is really nice! This is a campground that we come back to every year.We only wish it was open longer in the fall,so many people love fall camping with the cooler weather and the beautiful Kinzua leaves when they change colors.

Loved the private showers and toilets. Camp Host, Mary, was a delight to talk to. She deserves a shaded camp site.

General
- Pets must be on a leash at all times and cannot be left unattended. Pets are not allowed on the beaches or in the water. Please clean-up after your pets
- Don't move firewood: To limit the spread of invasive tree-killing pests, firewood from outside the area is not permitted. Some states have quarantines and may confiscate your firewood. Please help protect our forests from invasive species by obtaining your firewood at or near your camping destination and burning it on-site. Visit dontmovefirewood.org for more information.
- Interagency passes are accepted at most sites and are valid for the pass holder and any accompanying passengers in a private vehicle. Pass holder must occupy the site.
- Please build fires only in the fire ring or grill provided. Dead material down on the ground can be used for fires but live trees, shrubs, and plants must not be cut or damaged.
- Please place trash in provided receptacles. Do not burn trash or waste food in the fire ring. This invites wild animals into the campground and no one wants to cook their dinner over your rubbish.
- It is illegal to discharge weapons, firearms, or fireworks within the Recreation Area.
- Camping fees must be paid by 2:00 pm - don't forget to put your site number and license plate number on your fee envelope.
