Many guests enjoyed the clean facilities, peaceful surroundings, and abundant wildlife, making it a favorite for family camping trips. This was an absolutely wonderful campground. The facility management was great, they have all the resources you need, the bathrooms and showers were clean, the camping sites were marked with reserved signs for those who had booked them ahead of time including mine. The campsite itself was easy to set up for tent and the fire pit and table were clean and ready to go. Overall fantastic visit

Our site in the Hemlock loop provided a very pretty view of the bay in the morning. If you get up early enough you can watch the mist drift over the placid water.

A truly charming campground in a beautiful setting surrounded by forest and a lake. The campsites are spacious, clean, and well maintained, with plenty of room and privacy. It is a peaceful place and perfect for relaxing close to nature.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We met Mark, who was especially kind, welcoming, and ready to help us with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Willow Bay Campground. We would be happy to return in the future.

Beautiful campground along the Kinzua Reservoir with great hiking trails in the Allegheny National Forest. Nearby is the Kinzua Bridge State Park, Kinzua Dam, Rimrock Overlook, Jakes Rocks, and Allegany State Park in New York. Lots to see and do.

My partner and i loved our camp site #89 in Deer Loop! It was RIGHT on the water and had a decent amount of privacy. The walk from the parking lot was longer than we thought ( about 1/4 mile), so carrying all our gear was taxing on rough terrain. Next time we’ll be bringing a wagon. Our camp host Mark was incredibly friendly, helpful and present. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable—helping us load fire wood into the car, being flexible with canoe rentals, and answering our plethora of questions. We highly recommend!

Had a great time. Very enjoyable time. Had 4 adults 4 kids and a dog on two campsites. Plenty of room and secluded enough doesn't feel on top of each other. Extreme wind the first two days made it little bit sketchy and water hard to swim. The terrain was a little bit rough for the 1.5 yrs old but he did well. It was well worth it. Even when the dog got sprayed by a skunk next to the tents. Midnight baths in the lake. So keep food picked up lol. Definitely will be doing this again.
