Very well tended campground and facilities, helpful host, and great location for enjoying Ohiopyle State Park and Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Falling Water home. Lots of bicyclists in the area, and it includes a camping spot for those who cycle in. Get water from spigot on the side of the unattended park entrance building.

This was our second stay at this campground. We love the area. We typically bike the GAP trail. The facilities are always clean and the showers are nice and hot. We love being able to walk to the Outflow Soft Freeze and the Lucky Dog Cafe. Mitch’s Fuel and Food was a short walk away. This trip the Outflow wasn’t being used but last time the sound provided a nice background noise to fall asleep to. We wish the phone charging table near the park would have worked this stay. That was another neat feature we enjoyed during our last visit. We will definitely be back!

Stayed in spot 28. Perfect for a 37 foot fifth wheel. Restrooms and showers were clean, host was friendly and campground was beautifully kept. Will definitely return. If coming from Uniontown on 40, you’re in for a ride. Serious hills and such that will put your tow rig to the test; make sure your brakes are in top-top shape.

Our experience here was a bit effected by the rain that fell during all three days we were there. Campground is well-kept, but a bit cramped. It's also shoe-horned between the water and a commercial campground next door. Not sure we will return.

This was our second trip to the Outflow and will not be our last. In fact we have already booked another visit later this summer. But will be in a different site. The reason for that is mainly that the site we had, site 7, along with any of the sites near the road and the neighboring campground make things noisy. We would much rather hear the outflow waters than the noisy rt281 traffic. We like Outflow because of the close proximity to the GAP rail trail.

Tons of space for tent camping. You have to walk a ways for bathroom, showers and electric, but for $16 a night that's not a problem.

The campground was very well maintained and being next to the river was enjoyable. Few water sites, I wish there were more. Bathrooms were very clean. Having access to the GAP is such a plus.

We camped here in early May 2023. The grounds had not been mowed so the grass and dandelions were about 6” tall. There is a pretty river right along the edge of the campground but yet the door side of our camper faced away from it, as well as the patio. Why?

Site 42 was large enough to accommodate a 35’ 5th wheel and a long bed truck. Bushes gave a bit of privacy in the outdoor space. It was great to have one of the few full hookup 50 amp sites and would have loved to stay longer if only we had even a bit of cell service. Surfed off free wifi in town, just got a bit frustrating when needing to make calls. Cute little town to visit and a great bike trail.
