Bathhouse is usually pretty clean and serviced every day. Last visit it was a mess.
Park Rangers do drive by daily but never stop to check things out.

Basic amenities. Showers are getting built up dirt on the walls. They are clean, just not sure why they can't be scrubbed a bit. Still much cleaner than before the updates several years ago. Roads have all been graded and new gravel put down. Pea gravel in sites has been added. Overall a wonderful place to get away for a few days.

Beautiful setting along the river. Probably the most well-kept public campground I have been at in my almost 50 years of camping. Restrooms/showers showing some age but were kept very clean. The only down side is the picnic table can't be moved so you need a cover if you want shade. You could tell who was an experienced camper at that campground and who were the newbies. Filling up your water tanks wasn't easy. We lucked out and had a water spigot close enough to our spot we could fill up after parking, but not the case for 90% of the sites.

We were doing a portion of the GAP trail on our bikes from West Newton to Meyersdale. Outflow Campground provided a good stopping point just over 1/2 way. The hiker biker campsite was great. It was pretty easy to find off the GAP. We were hammock camping, so it was nice that there were hammock poles set up. They were a bit close together, but we were able to make them work.
