Outflow Camping offers a beautiful, well-maintained campground with friendly hosts and clean facilities, making it a preferred choice for nature lovers and cyclists alike. Guests appreciate the scenic location near the bike trail and river, as well as the range of recreational activities available in the area. While some minor issues were mentioned, such as noise disturbances and proximity of campsites, the overall experience is positive, with many guests planning to return.

Always a great time! Camp hosts are very nice, easy to talk to, and always available. The group camping site is awesome with its own water and power outlet located just on the outside of the huge picnic area. Plenty of picnic tables, nice grassy areas and trees to put tents under to protect from the sun. Beautiful area to camp, plenty to do and places to eat during season. Perfect place to relax and camp.

The campground is located at the bottom of the dam. My site 9 was advertised as a 40 ft site, however, my 40 ft fifth wheel was hanging over the back by 4 ft to fit on the pad. There was adequate spacing between the sites and it was a relatively quiet campground. They had 30amp service but no water on the site. There are several places in the campground to fill your tanks. The Great Allegheny Passage trail runs right next to the campground. We took a 20-mile roundtrip bike ride to the Pinkerton bridges and tunnel. We also took a 30-minute ride to Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater house. Good Verizon cellar signal, no T-Mobile. We camped at Outflow Camping in a Fifth Wheel

We enjoy having a campground so close (literally at the end of the entrance road) to the Great Allegheny Passage (GAP) bike path that runs from Pittsburgh to Cumberland MD and on to Washington DC on the C&O Canal Towpath. The charming village of Confluence is very close with an excellent bike shop, multiple stores and restaurants.
