My first recommendation is that the Confluence Outflow campground remain open through Columbus Day.
Second, more sights should have electricity.
Third, there should be another full hook-up site near the bath house.
Fourth, day use and people fishing should enter through the gate off of Flanigan Rd to cut down on traffic through the camping area. Some vehicles travel a high speed. There are many walkers and bicyclists on that road. Some are small children.

Great trip! The grounds only had a few campers so everyone was very spaced out. Not sure I’d want to be here when grounds were full - lots are only 2-3 feet apart. Good facilities that were cleaned and the rangers visited every site to chat.

We had a very quiet weekend. The spot was level and dry even with all the rain. The spot was clean and the fire pit empty. The hosts stopped by and we found them friendly and informative. We love the nearby GAP trail and will come again.

This place is a right on the water. Clean facilities, nice host and the small town is not far from it for resupply.
