My daughter and I had the absolute best time over Memorial Day weekend! I have been to 9 or 10 jellystone and this was the first time I got to know the staff. We had rain most of the holiday weekend but we still had an absolute blast in the activity center with a ranger Stacy! We painted ceramics, tie died shirts, made AWESOME paint your own Jammie’s. We even got glitter tattoos that lasted 2 weeks. They had mini jeep rentals that we took around the park (my 6 year old LOVED this) when it wasn’t raining we were adventuring around the park with our golf cart and did all the activities from night movies, to glow cart parade, and her very first laser tag! Ranger Katie and my daughter bonded over gym mining, but she made our weekend so special with her attentiveness and kindness. She went over the top for us and we felt very special. We ended up getting to know Ranger Brittney in the ranger station. She was so helpful and sweet with Poppy. We definitely brought home too much Jellystone gear but we had a blast shopping and having icecream dates at the ranger station on rainy days. We loved the unique slides/jungle gym this park offered and also the ponds for fishing and catching frogs! The only thing I don’t think we loved overall was that the jump pillow needs updating. I have to say this has been my favorite overall experience at a Jellystone and can’t wait to go back!!!

I'm normally not like this and can see both sides of a situation but..

My wife and I work hard for our money, and we take great pride in taking care of the things we own. We recently purchased a brand-new camper that has only been used twice, so you can imagine how upsetting it was when a member of the maintenance staff was weed eating the site next to ours and threw rocks into the side of our camper and truck (yes i know its 20 years old, but it is my baby), causing damage.

We understand that accidents happen, and we weren't expecting perfection. What really disappointed us was how the situation was handled afterward. Instead of taking responsibility and showing genuine concern, the response we received was dismissive and unprofessional. That turned an unfortunate accident into an experience that left us feeling like our concerns didn't matter.

Customer service is just as important as maintaining the campground, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of what we expected. Because of the damage to our camper and the way the situation was handled, we will not be returning to this campground.

One thing we're especially thankful for is that our children were not outside playing when this happened. The rocks being thrown by the weed eater didn't just damage our camper—they could have seriously injured someone. While material possessions can be repaired or replaced, our children's safety cannot. Looking back, that's what concerns us the most. We hope the campground takes this seriously and implements safer maintenance practices so no family has to worry about their children being put at risk while simply enjoying their camping trip.

Had a great time here with the family this weekend. Power was out at the start, but Wendy and Tabitha were very understanding and were extremely helpful. The cabin was clean, amenities were great. Definitely a place to go multiple times. Wendy certainly went above and beyond. Kids had a blast. Thanks again.

we went from
6/26-6/29 with family. The RV campground sites were very good, spacious and clean.
My daughter had a cabin that was not very clean, just the basics, but could see dust everywhere, pillows stained gross ( they did bring their own though) The bathrooms need to be cleaned 2 x a day on weekends.
Most frustrating part there was joining the app to get reminders and updates is posted everywhere, they push using the app everywhere. The free wifi that is advertised barely worked and minimal data available.
I went to ranger station to ask if there was a paid upgrade to wifi she said well it says on our website the wifi is spotty so sorry. When I had service I checked the wifi spotty warning was the last thing on FAQ page. Don’t push or tell campers to use app if it doesn’t work on site.
It was better on Monday many people left.
The lines for wagon ride were insanely long!!!
Not many character sitings!
Also false information about waterpark- says open daily until 6:00
It is actually 8 on Fridays snd Saturdays
Watch your little ones closely. Many kids running up slides etc

Great family atmosphere. This was our third trip there and we noted several features in the splash pad area which were still broken from 2025 and some from 2024. Water wars has not worked properly since we have been going there. It would also be great to see a mid week glow ride added and more movie nights.
