Mountain Top RV Campground

Got to love the hills of Pennsylvania! We stayed at MountainTop for a month in a Motorhome. I forgot what fun those "hills" are to drive. The campground is well maintained by Gary, the self-proclaimed "old man". Michelle was very helpful and accommodating when I changed reservations up a bit. Beautiful scenery as far as you can see. Highly recommend this campground, especially if you are from the Pittsburgh area. We plan on staying again next trip through. Thanks for a great stay!

Mountain top has decent wifi. Been here 2 weeks only had a issue during a storm otherwise works great. Spots are super level and this place is on top a huge mountain " hence the name lol" but it has a steady wind here thats awesome in summer and the people are great. Also on spot laundry. Great ppl and they take very good care. Pets welcome. Great place

This campground is well maintained, quiet, lots of open space around your camper as well as a center open space to walk dogs. I was able to secure one of these spots overlooking the valley and the sunsets were breathtaking!

They have ice and firewood available there for you. And they are only a phone call away. They have clean bathrooms and a washing machine and dryer for a small fee.

The sites were level and easy to navigate and back into. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!

Totally loved this campsite. We are on a mountain top. Beautiful view of the valley below us. Friendly atmosphere and quiet. Hot showers and bathrooms are very clean. Fog in the morning was so mystical in the valley. Sites were leveled and campground was manicured perfectly.

We were in town for my son’s hockey tournament at Alpha Ice Rink. It was only about half an hour from the campground. So, it was a perfect location for us.

As a first time camper, we got to the campground a little late and discovered we didn’t have an electrical cord that worked. The owner’s allowed us to borrow one of their cords and saved our trip! We purchased the right cord the next day so we will be set for future trips.

Thank you for all your help and I fully recommend this campground to anyone staying in the Pittsburgh area. It was a pleasant weekend experience!!
