Beautiful spacious sites. Would have given it a 5 but the utilities were designed to accommodate 2 sites so no matter which site you were in, you needed long cords/hoses. If you were on the right hand site, you had to run everything under the camper. Otherwise, the park was well maintained.

For Adventure motorcycle riders... close by the north end of the PA-BDR-X. Quiet with plenty of space.

We get a few campsites with some of our friends. The sites are a decent size and not on top of each other. The campground is quiet, clean, and beautiful. There is a boat launch, picnic grounds, store . It's close to PA's grand canyon, as well as Mansfield. I haven't had a chance to walk the trails yet but hope to next year.

This was my first time camping here - although I have visited the hiking trails before several times. I stayed in the Hawthorne loop and really enjoyed how it is layed out in a circular pattern. I think the sites are spaced apart enough, and that we all aren't staring at each other when we are having a campfire. I also LOVE that this campground is DOG FRIENDLY! Thank you!!!! It makes for great socialization and laughs for everyone! The campground is conveniently by the boat ramp for those who take their boats along too! I camped in October, so the beach was closed, and the camp store was closed. But my loop had laundry service in the central bathroom building, so that is a big plus. Overall I give this campground a 10.

The usual. Very clean, well managed. Permit in our name on the post upon our arrival. Well patrolled. One of our favorite campgrounds or senior christens. The discount helps also. Thanks to all.

Our visit to Ives Run was late in the season and the campground was run with limited staff. The volunteer camp stewards, small staff & responsible campers made everything work perfectly. I love this campground and commend the Army Corps of Engineers for their excellent management.

Absolutely love the place Peddled 72 miles that day just to stay there. The stars are so magnificent in that area. The campground like all US ACOE grounds are always perfectly kept and a hidden gem for campers. or bicycle tourists like me.
