We had a lovely time. We stayed in the more primitive section, down the one mile road (pine run?). The other areas seem very well suited to RV's (not my thing). The lake is beautiful and we found a few nice trails to explore. We will be back sometime with our kayaks. See you then!

Nice open campground with nicely paved roads. We were there in the fall and enjoyed the changing leaves and riding our bikes on the roads in the campground. Close to Wellsboro and the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon. Always fun to ride to the lake and check-out the fishing there.

Gorgeous campground! Very nice camp hosts! Very well taken care of. We were there opening weekend for the season and the COE did not have staff for the entry gate/checkin, no one operating the store, and the laundry wasn’t available. Other than staffing issues the park is great!

The site that I stay at usually is #98 but this time it rained and when I arrived there was literally a creek running directly under where my tent is supposed to go from the rain water from the site above me.
#98 is apparently low spot in the Birch wing of Ives Run.

It's about an hour and a half from home but this is one of our favorites. Very well kept campground offering a variety of sites from scenic to full hook ups. Quiet and respectful patrons make it more enjoyable. Beautiful water views.
