Arrival & departure
- Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early or late arrangements require 48 hours advance notice and may incur a fee.
Site capacity
- Maximum occupancy for each cottage is 2 persons. Do not exceed this limit.
Safety & rules
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum during these times.
- Dispose of garbage and recycling in designated bins. Do not leave trash inside cottages or common areas after checkout.
- Guests are responsible for damages or losses during their stay and may incur charges for repairs or replacements.
- Noncompliance with these rules may result in termination of stay without refund and/or additional charges.
Fires & fuel
- Use the shared fire pit responsibly and extinguish fires before leaving unattended. Keep minors supervised near the fire pit.
- Follow fire regulations, do not burn prohibited items, and do not move the fire pit.
Amenities
- Use the grilling facilities responsibly: clean after use, turn off the propane, and do not leave it unattended. Minors cannot use the grill.
Vehicles & parking
- Park only in your assigned space and do not block access to other cottages or common areas.
- Inquire with management for additional parking options if you need more than one space.
Pets
- No pets are allowed on the property.
Site types & loops
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property, both inside and outside cottages.
Cancellation policy
- Payment is due in full at booking. Cancellation policies: full refund if 60 days before, 50% if 30 days before, no refund if less than 30 days.
