There is seriously no customer service here. We arrived around 3:30 in the afternoon and our site we booked a month ago and paid for was occupied. We walked to the office and it was empty. We walked back and kept trying to call the office number and it goes straight to AI. AI would tell us to call back tomorrow and to leave a message with our name and number and someone would call us back. No one has yet to call us back and it’s been 20 hours. We had no idea where to go or what to do and or set up and we were tired from driving and hungry. Finally my husband started walking all around the resort and found a Maintainence guy. He said oh I don’t know why your site is taken and handed my husband a paper telling him to pick a site that was not shaded on the paper and set up.
My gosh what would have we done had we not found him? He
told us to call him back at a number he gave us when we chose a site. So we chose a site and the number he gave us was not even ringing when we called it.
This resort is the most unprofessional out of all our travels. To be such a beautiful resort and have zero customer service is disappointing. What would have happened if we checked in and the Maintainence guy was gone and something was wrong with our electrical box, water or sewer??
You are just screwed.
When we finally got our site set up we took the dog for a walk and ran into more campers coming in and frustrated because they could not reach any staff in the office. This was before 5 PM. Hell I guess just grab a site when you come in if your site is taken and hope for the best. I also emailed management twice yesterday evening and left many AI call messages with my number and no one has responded a day later.
It’s all about the $$$$ for them.
It’s a beautiful resort indeed and we love the RV sites and the surroundings. Due to the lack of customers service I would not feel comfortable recommending this resort to our RV friends or strangers. It lacks a lot to be desired for what they advertise on the website and social media.
Still waiting for a call back. I have never given a bad review on all our rv stays at resorts and this is definitely my first and much needed.

We love this place so much we purchased Lot 51. Two pools, hot tub, tennis quart, 5 star restaurant on site. Rent our Lot (51) close to waterfront without paying extra for waterfront site. Cozy, high hedges for privacy.

Don’t let the website fool you. We were not greeted at all - not sure if they have a camp site host. Only one shower in both men’s and women’s was working. Steam rooms, hot tubs and big pool wasn’t working. Not luxurious at all.

Well-Maintained RV Park with Scenic Water Views
This RV park is thoughtfully maintained and features lush, mature landscaping that offers a sense of privacy and seclusion. It's generally quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for relaxation, yet it also includes a designated play area for children—perfect for families. One of the standout features is the beautiful view of the water, adding a serene backdrop to your stay.
