Stayed at site #10 for 3 nights. Hookups worked perfectly without any issues. Partially shaded & partially paved site. Had an older picnic table & a fire pit with a swing-away cooking grill. Dumping station & dumpster were at the far end of the property, no smells. Campground has really nice views of the Intercoastal Waterway & the marsh grasses beyond it were really pretty too. It was nice to occasionally see a boat pass by. Small, VERY quiet campground with large spacing between all sites & lots of grass. Never used the public restrooms, boat dock, or fish cleaning station so can't comment on those.

Lots of bugs and frogs in the rest rooms/shower stalls.

Spots were very spacious and most had decent shade. Scenery was beautiful. Showers were well maintained with plenty of hot water. The boat ramp was very nice and located within walking distance of the campsites so you could park your boat trailer back at the site. Most sites were large enough to have you trailer, tow vehicle, and still room for second two vehicle with boat trailer. There was an optional overflow site but it was not in such a secure area and I would not have felt comfortable parking my stuff there even though it was lit with flood lights. The overflow parking was before you even entered the campground. The designated channel to get to the ocean from the canal was approximately a 20 minute boat ride. Unless of course you are braver than me and willing to dare the little channels through the marshes. #3kcgplus1 #GAHFFF #GoAdventureHaveFunFamilyFirst

Very well maintained, super staff. Restrooms old but clean. Fantastic scenery of God’s creation.

We had a good time. Sites have good space from each other, it's a relatively small campground and I like that. The view is pretty. Bathroom are clean. We stay in site #9, it had electric and water hook ups and enough shade.

The location is gorgeous- especially closer to the water. And I like that the sites are spread out from each other so you have plenty of space to yourself. The downside is that there didn't seem to be any quiet hours in effect. Also, the bathrooms are in desperate need of a proper cleaning. It's campsite so no one should expect it to be spotless, but the showers were filthy and really just need a good scrubbing.

Love coming here! I am from Charleston and when I come home, I like to bring my camper and stay here. Alan was the camphost this trip and went above and beyond! The camp sites are large, not full hook up but that is ok....the price is just right for what this site is! Great value and will definately be back :)

The campground was excellent! The sites were very big and spacious, everything was very well kept and the camp hosts were really nice and helpful. The only negatives were that the rest rooms were old and need updating (but they were cleaned daily) and decent shopping was about a 20 minute drive away. But I will definitely recommend to friends and family.
